The Wheel of Life Exercise

Print out the "blank" wheel below and then follow the directions to complete a Wheel of Life for yourself, based on where you are now in your life (an example of a completed wheel is provided below). 

If you would like to add another category of "Spirituality" so that you can measure it, feel free to create another slice of pie by drawing a line through the "Personal Growth" pie piece and split it in two, labeling the second part "Spirituality."  This is your choice.

Once you have a completed Wheel, you can begin to consider what of the areas in which you are less satisfied you might like to take action to increase your satisfaction.  If you need or desire support, contact Kathy for a complimentary coaching consultation.
