Meeting Procedure:
I coach both in-person and by phone. Each session is one
hour in length, with a longer initial intake & delivery sessions.
Ideally, we will establish a consistent time and location that works
well for both of us. If necessary, we will schedule our next
appointment at the end of each coaching session. If we will be doing
our sessions by phone, call me at: 248-854-4266, unless we make other
arrangements.
Email Communication:
My email address is: kathy@igoecoach.com. If you don’t get
an email reply within 48 hours and need to contact me, please call.
Cancellations/Schedule Changes:
Please call 248-854-4266 to cancel an
appointment. Leave a message if necessary. However, do not
rely on messages left on cell phone or email. Rescheduling an
appointment is easy with at least 24 hours notice. Canceling an
appointment with less than 24 hours will be considered a paid session
unless it is an emergency. We will attempt to connect by phone the
next week to do a brief check-in.
Payment:
Payment for the Coaching Program’s initial intake &
design is due upon delivery. Payment of Coaching Session fees is due
in advance and paid monthly. Cash or checks are acceptable. For
In-person clients, payment is due at our first session of each month.
For phone coaching clients, as a reminder, invoices will be mailed or
emailed on the 1 st of the month. Payment is due upon receipt of the
invoice; however payment is due regardless of your receipt of the
reminder invoice. Please mail your payment to the business address
provided on the letter head. Please let me know in advance if other
arrangements need to be made. Please make checks payable
