What level of Coaching Service is right for you?

I invite you to think of coaching as an assisted transition or change process. Coaches use masterful inquiry, assessment models, and methodology of assigning self-observations, reflections, practices and exercises to help individuals perceive their reality in a different way. Such action can make a shift in an individual's language, emotions or body which in turn provides an opening for change. Many people initiate change for themselves in a short time. However, to accomplish deep and lasting change often takes many months.

With your decision to move forward to achieve results, and my assessment that a coaching relationship makes sense, we meet to reach and sign an agreement for either a full Coaching Program or for defined Coaching Session(s):

INITIAL CONSULTATION

The appropriate level of coaching service for you will be determined during a one-hour Coaching Consultation, which I provide at no charge. The answer depends upon your expressed outcome(s) or goal(s), your ability and willingness to take the action necessary to achieve them and my assessment of the level of coaching support required to assist you in achieving your desired results. When a deeper, longer-term commitment is required to assist you in achieving your desired results, a full Coaching Program lends the best value and benefit.

COACHING PROGRAM

A full Coaching Program provides the opportunity for me to gather detailed information during an intake session about where you are right now in your life as a whole (an “integral” view) and clarity about what it is that you want. I ground the information you provide in assessment models, from which I design your coaching program: the beginning of your Integral Life Design.

This Program requires a commitment on both our parts to meet twice for up to two hours each for the initial intake & design delivery and then to meet for coaching sessions weekly for three months, at minimum. During the Program, additional “in-the-moment” coaching between sessions is available to support the individual through phases of being “stuck”.

After the three months, we evaluate the process, progress and commitment to determine whether or not it makes sense to continue coaching services. Some individuals transition to one session every other week after three to six months, and others continue with the coaching process for as much as 12 months or more.

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

Coaching Sessions are used most often following the conclusion of a full Coaching Program, as described above. I do offer a Coaching Sessions when an individual wants to sample the value and benefits of coaching services or their desired outcome is very limited in scope and depth.
