I'm Kathy Igoe, Integral Coach and Entrepreneur. I provide coaching services for individuals, groups and teams, as well as coaching workshops and events through my business, Integral Life Designs.

My passion is to coach individuals to achieve personal enrichment in their career and everyday life.  I assist my clients in their journey along the path of human development by helping them to gain new awareness's and engage in new life experiences to embody their desired growth.
